The "International Community" is a concept that evolves constantly depending on the issues, the context or the situation it is referred to. Today's "International Community" is not comparable to what was perceived as the "International Community" in the years that followed the Second World War. It will probably not be comparable to the "International Community" of the future because of the constant changes of our world due to globalization, interests of States and threats on peace and international security such as terrorism and conflicts.
